It’s been very quiet this week at Teddy Bo Towers, mainly due to the fact that Edna was still serving her sentence for stalking the dishy doc and Gayle had locked away all the alcohol.
Edna finally got released yesterday and arrived back at the towers bursting with news. It seems she found herself a new man when she was locked up, his name is Rip Buttcrunch and he is some sort of biker dude and naturalist (I think that means he loves flowers and wildlife or something). Anyway she couldn’t stop talking about him and telling us how hunky and good looking he is. She said that he would be along later to take her out on a date. Edna seemed really smitten, so we were looking forward to meeting him.
She wanted to borrow an outfit from Tammy for her big date, but nobody had seen her for a while, when we eventually found her in the sewing room, she was making rubber leggings from two bicycle inner tubes! (she does love to recycle), but she refused to lend Edna any of her clothes because Edna had borrowed her red rubber bikini the week before without asking and Tammy was a little peeved.
Jill and Helle offered the loan of their Bunader, and Nela and Nicole offered her a Dirndl skirt or some Lederhosen, Claire said she could borrow her tweed skirt, twin-set and pearls, Gayle thought she may like to wear a kilt and sporran, and Kathy had a Cheer leaders outfit going spare, but Edna decided that none of them were really her style so she went to see what she had in her wardrobe. She came down the stairs wearing her leopard print mini skirt, strapless zebra print top, and thigh length snakeskin boots!!!
When we heard Rip’s motorbike roaring up the drive we ran out excitedly to catch a look at her big hunky biker dude.
Imagine our surprise at seeing him for the first time....
...It turns out he was not a naturalist, he was a naturist!!!!!
Now let's take a look at something a little prettier to look at
I've used Tim Holtz's Vintage Shabby papers and coloured the image with polychromos pencils to tone with them. The sentiment is from Whimsy stamps and is die cut with a matching die.
I've used pencils to colour and the papers are an old set of scrapbook papers from years ago!
Its all on a kraft card.
I´ve used an older image of Bea and Bo. It´s a part of *Day dreaming duo*. I´ve colored the images with Prismacolor pencils. The primary colors for my card are light blue and red. The pattern paper is from Creative Memories. I´ve decorated only with punched hearts in three different sizes.
I've found a great workshop on Tina's blog to tinker a storybook box:
On the front Rapuzel Bea
and here from the inside
Stamp: Rapunzel Bea
Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts
Paper from hobby-Paleis
I love these new images and had to have a play.
Gone back to my fave colours and coloured her
with polychromos pencils.
The papers are from forever friends paper pad
Flowers are from wild orchid.
Dies are a mixture of spellbinders and Marianne creatables.
Sentiment is from Lili of the valley.
Lace and pearl gems from stash.
Teddy Bo coloured in Primsa and used DCWV glittered cardstack & papers, sentiments from Magnolia and Whimsy Stamps on A5 base card...
