Fairy tale Friday #20

We've had a quiet week here at the towers, after all the shenanigans last week with Edna and Sid we thought it would be sensible to be on our best behaviour for a while.

We had a lovely visit earlier in the week from Baby Charlie, although we did have to keep our eyes on Edna as she was quite taken with him and we were convinced that he was going to end up in the wardrobe just recently vacated by Sid, but luckily she managed to restrain herself from her kidnapping tendencies!
I think part of the reason is probably that it is her birthday on Sunday and Gayle has promised that she can have a birthday party providing she is on her best behaviour all week. It was Gayle's birthday earlier on in the month, but we couldn't really celebrate it because we had the builders in repairing the aftermath of the Halloween party, so we are going to have a joint party for the two of them.

Jill and Helle have had to brew up another stock of alcohol as most of it went up in the Halloween explosion, they are even trying a new recipe, Sprout Schnapps, as you can imagine we are all really looking forward to sampling that (NOT!!!).

We are all trying to think of gifts we can make for the birthday girls, Debbie has already said that she will sing them each their favourite song, Gayle is still thinking about what her choice will be, but Edna keeps insisting that her favourite song is Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, she has a little glint in her eyes when she says it, I am beginning to suspect it is not really her favourite, she just wants to hear Debbie's version of it!!!
Edna wants to dance for us at her party and has been sneaking off to practice whenever she gets the chance, she won't tell us what it is, but says it definitely doesn't involve poles! We think it must have something to do with fruit though, because every time we fill the fruit bowl up she empties it into her pockets and slopes off with it.

Tammy Louise has managed to secretly video Edna while she was practising her dance, push the play button for a sneaky peek.

At least we know what she is doing with the fruit!

  2. Love the video of 'Edna' dancing, bet even she didn't know she was so...flexible!?!
A week without getting drunk and having a brawl, will wonders never cease? But with a double birthday celebration coming up I can't wait to see what happens next.
I say this every week, but I really mean it - fab creations ladies, you bring these little bears to life - I mean the images; I didn't mean it literally - that would be too weird, even for you lot!?!
