As it approaches the festive season we tend to get stressed, charge about, write lists, lose lists, play dodgems in the shops as we try to find ‘that perfect present’ and generally forget that none of this is essential to our well-being.
I was thinking about the quotes that would do me the most good as this frenetic time approaches and so I’ve chosen a few words of wisdom that I hope will give some food for thought.
