Fairytale Friday

Welcome to another Fairytale Friday, wow where do the weeks go! This time its Team A's turn to entertain you with their cards, and here they are!

Thursday is shopping day when Gayle goes to the local supermarket in the minivan to pick up groceries for the girls. Now Gayle was on holiday recently, and the girls found out that there was more to food than haggis and they've been gorging themselves on pasta, and chicken, and even pot noodles (Chicken Curry appears to be their favourite)  and now with Gayle back their food tastes have returned to normal, and the girls are craving other tastes.
So Gayle was shocked when as she announced that she was going to the supermarket all the girls volunteered to come as well. So off they went, crowded into the little minivan as it putted it's way along to the shops.
The girls were stunned when they walked into the supermarket, all they could see was wall to wall food choices, much more than the local shop they'd used when Gayle was on holiday. In fact Gayle was getting stressed, it was worse than shopping with young children because as Gayle walked up the first aisle, the girls were picking up all sorts of foodstuffs and putting them into the trolley. Gayle then had to say no, and put them all back on the shelves. In fact by aisle three,  Gayle had walked a half marathon, as everytime she put something back on the shelf, one of the girls had put two items in the trolley....they weren't even bothered about any alcohol which is MOST surprising!
And then they saw it. It was half way through the Olympics, and the supermarket had decided to put official London 2012 products on a half price sale, and we all know that no woman can resist a sale. They were all over it like bee's on honey, and before the man from security could get order restored, the shelves were bare. Girls with t-shirts, stationary, bags and waterbottles. Only Tammy didn't pick up anything, she'd found love. A life size cardboard cut out of Chris Hoy stood where the 2012 goodies had just recently been.
Tammy picked up her new man and carefully sneaked him out of the supermarket and into the minivan. Chris now has pride of place above Tammy's bed, next to slightly faded cut outs of John Travolta and Bjorn from Abba.

Meanwhile Gayle's trolley was so full of 2012 stuff, there was only enough room for Haggis. Oh well, I'm sure the girls will get used to it again.

Before we go any further we would like to wish Nicole a very sad Goodbye as she has decided to to leave us at Teddy Bo Towers at the end of August and head for pastures new - oh don't worry we did try to blockade her in but Gayle promised to cook us a dinner that wasn't Haggis - strange though our Burgers and Chips still tasted like it - but she would't lie to us would she!!!!!
